Refund policy

Returns 

Our company policy is 10 days. If 10 days have passed since the time of original purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

Custom/Personalized items are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If returned via mail, item must be properly packaged and sent certified mail with insurance to cover the retail price of the item(s).  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and tracking number for item returned. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/refund. 


Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it will take approximately *1-2 days* to process. There is a 15% restocking fee for all approved refunds. A credit will automatically be applied to either your credit card or other original method of payment. 

*Note* Though the credit has been issued by us, your financial institution may take up to two-weeks to process and post to your account. Please allow up to 14 business days before reaching out to us regarding a “missing refund.”


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded as per return policy. 

All sale items are final. 


Exchanges

We only replace items if determined to be either defective or damaged. For approved exchanges, send an email to info@facetsartisanjewelry.com and additional details will be provided.


Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
